The short version: Petla is currently in pre-launch. This site exists to collect waitlist sign-ups. No money changes hands here, and we'll update these terms fully when the app launches.
Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of the Petla website at petla.uk and any related pages (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Jacob Statham trading as Petla, based in England, UK ("Petla", "we", "us").
By accessing the Site or submitting your email to join the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
What the Site is right now
Petla is currently a pre-launch landing page. The app described on this Site is under development and not yet available. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer for sale or a binding contract for any product or service.
Pricing, features, and availability shown are indicative and subject to change before launch.
The waitlist
By joining the waitlist you are expressing interest in Petla and consenting to receive email updates about the app's development and launch. You are not entering into a purchase agreement or any paid commitment.
We intend to offer waitlist members early access and promotional pricing at launch as a gesture of goodwill. This is not a contractual promise and may be subject to change.
You can be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@petla.uk.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, and the Petla name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Jacob Statham trading as Petla. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any part of it without our written permission.
Accuracy of information
We make every effort to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date. However, as a pre-launch product, details may change. We do not warrant that any information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petla shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this Site or reliance on any information contained within it. This Site is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Third-party services
This Site uses Formspree to process waitlist submissions. Your use of the Site is also subject to Formspree's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Petla develops, particularly when the app launches and paid plans become available. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
